Hab ein Shirt von meiner Mama bekommen, ein uraltes, und hab mir gedacht da muss ich was draus machen. Im Endeffekt war das ganze ziemlich anstrengend, vor allem das ausschneiden der Schablone (ritzen mit einem Messer geht übrigens besser als mit einer Schere!).
Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden, dafür, dass es mein erster Shirt ist.
Ich erzähl euch einfach mal wie ich das gemacht hab.
I got an old tee from my mum, and thought I have to make something cool out of it. In the end it was a really exhausting process, especially the cutting out with the stencil (which is better to do with a knife than with scissores!)
I'm pretty happy with the outcome, considering the fact that that was my firtst DIY tee.
I'm just going to tell you how I did it.
WHAT YOU NEED
- ein altes T-Shirt / an old tee
- eine Schere, Papier und einen Bleistift / scissores, paper and a pencil
- ein Stanleymesser / a knife or better - a stanleyknife
- ein Lineal / a ruler
- Textilmarker oder Textilfarbe und Pinsel / textile markers or textile colors and a brush

Zuerst schneidet ihr euch das Shirt so zurecht, wie ihr das wollt, ich hab den Kragen weiter ausgeschnitten, und die Ärmel abgemacht, ich mach das so nach Gefühl und nicht besonders genau, aber das ist euch selbst überlassen.
Firstly you cut the tee how you want it. I cut out the collar and cut off the sleeves, I do it just like I feel it could be right hah, but better do it your way.

Dann macht ihr die Schablone. Zuerst müsst ihr euch natürlich einen Spruch überlegen den ihr auf dem Shirt haben wollt, eine Zeile aus einem Lied das ihr mögt, ein Filmzitat, ein besonderes Wort, was auch immer.
Öffnet WORD auf dem Computer und sucht euch irgendeine Schrift aus, passt nur auf das die Buchstaben groß genug sind um sie gut ausschneiden zu können! - dann ausdrucken, genau so groß wie ihr sie später am T-Shirt haben wollt.
Then you need a stencil. At first think of a quote you want to have on your tee, some words out of your favourite songs, films, whatever.
Open WORD on your computer and search for a type you like and be careful that it's big enough for to be cut out - then print it, the size you want it on your tee.

Jetzt gehts ans ausschneiden/ausritzen, am besten mit einem Messer, die Schere funktioniert nicht so gut nach meinen Erfahrungen, hah. Wichtig ist, dass ihr die kleinen Formen, den Kreis aus dem O zum Beispiel, aufbehaltet und ganz lasst damit ihr den später auch zum ausmalen verwenden könnt. Das Lineal hilft euch beim schneiden die Linien gerade zu halten.
Das ganze ist ein bisschen kompliziert und hat bei mir ziemlich lange gedauert, aber hey, es lohnt sich.
Now there comes the happy-cutting time. You better take a knife than a pair of scissores. It's important that you keep the little forms you cut out of the letters A,O,B,D, and so on, you need them later for painting. The ruler will help you to keep the lines straight while cutting.
The whole stuff is a little complicated and takes much time, but hey, it's worth it.

Jetzt noch ausmalen. Ich hab dafür schwarzen Textilmarker genommen, die Stoffmalfarben gehen natürlich auch, aber die patzen ziemlich. Legt die Schablone einfach so auf wie ihr wollt und passt auf das sie nicht verrutschen kann, am besten ihr legt ein Stück Karton in das Shirt damit keine Farbe durchdrückt. Für die A,B,D,O's usw, nehmt ihr die kleinen Stücke der jeweiligen Buchstaben die ihr ausgeschnitten habt und legt sie so hin wie sie passen, dann einfach alles gut festhalten und drübermalen.
Now, paint. I used a black textile marker, you can take normal, liquid textile colours too, but they're blotting pretty much. Then put the stencil on your shirt and be sure that it can't slip off or something. It's better if you put some paper in the shirt so that the paint can't seep through the material. For the A,B,D,O's an so on, take the little pieces you kept from cutting and put them in the right letters, then you can start painting.
